"I have known Wang Yi and Kelvin from TRONE Projects since 2017. Our on-going professional relationship has been developed by working together on large scale multi-storey building developments within the Canberra region.
My experience when working with Wang and Kelvin has always been positive, and I consider them both to be very professional and capable individuals.
The capability of both Wang and Kelvin was practically demonstrated on the recently completed ‘Lumi’ project located at 100 Swain Street Gungahlin, ACT. The Lumi project is a significant size development that consists of over 150 apartments spread over two multi-storey concrete towers constructed on a common ground floor podium. Two Basement levels below the podium contain all the residential carparking spaces.
Wang and Kelvin were both involved from the initial planning and design stages, through to completion and hand over. I was part of the structural engineering design team for Lumi, and I consider this project to be a complex major sized development for the Canberra region and required competent and experienced team members to ensure its success.
Throughout the 18-month project program for Lumi, I regularly worked directly with Wang and Kelvin and found they both possessed the required level of skills, technical knowledge and understanding to undertake and manage large scale developments. They showed both competence and confidence when executing site works and could comfortably communicate and discuss the engineering drawings and compliance requirements.
I consider Wang and Kelvin as high-level professional examples of the local building industry and would recommend them both without reservation.."
